Lord, I bring this day to you as I am. Help me pause and pay attention. I do not know what this day will hold, and I ask for wisdom in how I meet it. Give me patience to listen and care in the words I choose. Your word says in Hebrews 10:24, “Let’s consider how to provoke one another to love and good works”. Help me encourage someone with kindness, and be willing to receive kindness too. Lord, help me take one kind and faithful step. When I need support, help me ask someone trustworthy. I bring my hopes to you without demanding a particular answer. Lord, help me take one kind and faithful step. Give me patience when I do not know what to do, humility to ask for help, and room to begin again. In Jesus’ name, amen.
